Shipping & Returns
Customized product is not available for return, exchange, or refunds. All sales on customized product (any heat application, screen printing, embroidery, or custom ordered apparel) are final. Production error or product defects will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. It normally takes 4 to 5 days to make your order and shipping depends on where you are located anywhere from 4 days to 1 week ! Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping does come with a tracking and usually takes a 1 Week to 2 weeks to ship out of the Country, All international orders are final and no refunds will be provided even if packages do not arrive if this does happen please contact us for further Details at email@example.com Once we ship and its out of the country it is out of our control. All orders are 100% Percent shipped and completed through Usps . All international orders are required to have a extra tax charge based on your country and will be collected upon pickup ( Tax does not go to us it is international tax they require for purchasing goods outside the country.
Orders will only be shipped during the week, Days such as Saturday and Sunday we are closed and we will continue to process and work on the up coming Monday .
Please be advised that external factors beyond our control (such as busy holiday traffic, strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfillment network etc.) may delay your orders around the holiday such as Christmas , ordering 2 weeks up close to the holidays are not guaranteed to make it there in time .
Once the item is shipped you will be issued a tracking to track your order .
